Lyle has 28 years of experience which includes various management
positions of increasing and diverse responsibility at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, Vermont American, The Coleman Company,
Char-Broil (Division of WC Bradley), and Coats & Clark. These included management assignments in Strategic Planning, Category
Management, Channel Management, Product Management, and Advertising. He has also led global assignments with European Divisions
in the areas of Product Development, Global Market Transition, and Time-to-Market Project Management. His product development
responsibilities includes brands such as Bosch, Skil, Vermont American, Char-Broil, Coleman, Thermos, and Craftsman. His
retail experience includes the likes of Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sears, Ace, and Wal-Mart. Mr. Hawkins has also owned and
operated his own full-service advertising agency servicing a diverse client base in the areas of leisure dining, commercial
development, residential lending, and banking. Mr. Hawkins holds an MBA from Bellarmine University and BS from Florida
State University. Lyle is an adjunct faculty member with Indiana Wesleyan University. He is also an active member
in Southeast Volunteer Services Ministry and a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association.

Steven W. Kaiser, Partner

Steve has 28 years of experience in product development and technology commercialization – effectively
integrating the technology and commercial arenas to create value and growth for companies.
He has directed global Research and Development organizations and served on Senior Business Management teams. Dr. Kaiser has led all aspects of the bench-to-business process: discovery, product development, manufacturing, applications development, customer programs, product launch
and intellectual property. Steve also has extensive experience in developing
partnerships between companies to create new commercial opportunities through their technologies. He has developed a broad reservoir of product, process and end-use application technologies from which
to draw. He has held a variety of positions from Research Scientist to Senior
Management with Ford Motor Company-Scientific Research Staff, Union Carbide Corporation, Dow Chemical Company and Borden Chemical. Dr. Kaiser holds a PhD from The University of Michigan and a BA from Olivet Nazarene
University and received a PostDoctoral appointment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been granted 17 US patents and has authored 18 publications.
